MOUTH TAPE

Woke up with my mouth still closed for the first time in weeks, and the tape didn’t leave any sticky residue on my lips or skin. It’s thin enough that I forgot it was there by the time I fell asleep, which is exactly what I needed for my nighttime routine.

The adhesive holds all night without peeling at the corners, which is the main reason I kept buying cheaper tape that never stayed put. I wake up with noticeably less dryness in my mouth, and it’s barely noticeable once I’m asleep.

I've been taping my mouth shut for three weeks now and I actually sleep through the night, which hasn't happened in years. The tape stays put even when I toss and turn, but it peels off gently in the morning without leaving that sticky residue on my lips.
